we are committed to making a difference in the lives of young women in Uganda. As a female-led non-profit organization, we understand the challenges faced by urban poor and vulnerable female youths. Our mission is clear: to provide opportunities, support, and resources for young women to thrive through entrepreneurship, skill development, and vocational training.

CYoWI was founded by a group of passionate individuals who have experienced firsthand the struggles young women encounter in Uganda. We believe that by empowering women, we can create a more equal society where all women have the opportunity to achieve financial independence and economic confidence.
